Javed Ali, Chairman & Managing Director, began his career in the corporate world, holding upper management positions in multinational companies after earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from the United States. His transition to real estate started in 2004 as an investor, paralleling his corporate career. Javed’s passion for real estate sales rapidly accelerated his success, leading him to leave his corporate job in 2008 to focus entirely on real estate.

With his wife by his side as a licensed realtor since 2006, their business flourished, prompting the establishment of separate residential and commercial divisions under his leadership. In 2010, Javed expanded his operations by assembling a team of professionals, enhancing client services, and operating from his own office. His team at Re/Max achieved a top 5 worldwide ranking, underscoring his exceptional service, experience, and commitment to excellence.

Javed’s strong educational background and skills in organizational management have been pivotal in making strategic decisions that benefit his clients. Known for his integrity, straightforwardness, and innovative approach, Javed believes in building trust and delivering results, ensuring investor satisfaction and profitability.

Shazia Ali

Shazia Ali is the President of the Inspiration Group, a role she has excelled in since starting her career as a licensed Realtor in 2006. With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Shazia initially entered the competitive real estate market of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) due to its intriguing opportunities.

She is known for her dedication, deep understanding of the GTA real estate market, and commitment to providing honest, attentive service. Shazia’s strategic involvement in the company’s planning, administration, and marketing has been crucial to its expansion across multiple sectors. Her goal is to fulfill client aspirations by building trust and delivering exceptional service.

Sam karim

Director -Projects & Procurement

Sam Karim is a senior and highly skilled professional with over 16+ years of experience in international trade, Global Business Development, strategic alliance and trade facilitation. He holds a Graduate Degree in Mechanical engineering from Queens University. He is a high performing executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who leads companies to growth and market differentiation by generating new business opportunities and developing lucrative partnerships. Articulate and persuasive in dealing with diverse clientele across many regions of the world, he combines strong communications skills with his expertise in problem solving, negotiation, identifying business need and building solutions. He is highly positive, energetic and loves travelling and has extensive business travel experience in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and many other developing countries.

Over many years, I’ve garnered significant experience in the world of hospitality, in hotels, resorts and restaurants. I greatly enjoy being a vital part of senior management teams, a leader, and an entrepreneur. At Inspiration Group of Companies, I have had the opportunity to engage my experience and skill set to a variety of businesses and look forward to being a vital part as we embark on new ventures in Hospitality. My career path as a hospitality professional has allowed me to fully explore this environment by managing multiple properties, with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and various other Brands. I have had the opportunity to work from the pre-construction to Opening Day on a vast array of wonderfully exciting and challenging Projects. My goal is to always be authentic to our employees, to our community and most importantly, to our Guests. As we move into this exciting time together, I am committed to the ongoing growth and success at Inspiration Group of Companies and to each of our Team Members.

With this strong technical foundation, Hasnain has built a career at the intersection of business development and project management. He brings over 6 years of experience leading complex engineering and project initiatives, combining analytical insight, industry expertise, and a strong professional network to deliver measurable results. Known for his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, Hasnain has successfully guided initiatives that expand organizational reach, strengthen client relationships, and foster innovation. With over 17 years of experience in Accounts & Financial Management, Adnan has a track record of meticulous and accomplished work across multiple industries, including manufacturing, automotive, real estate investments, and food franchises.

As a result-oriented and decisive leader, he excels in maintaining high quality standards to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced and competitive industry. Adnan is adept at operating in high-pressure environments, managing strict deadlines and multiple deliverables. Currently, he leads the group’s accounts department, ensuring all accounting requirements are met promptly.

Shabeena Suthana Shaik

HR / Admin Controller

She is instrumental and nurturing the workforce in the enterprise and works diligently to transform the workforce as future leaders in the digital ecosystem. Her innovative mindset has always made her a catalyst for most of the digital transformations. Prior to taking on the current role, she was involved in the recruitment process with manpower resourcing. Her role has been multifold, as she sources the profiles of candidates and connects with them to understand the capabilities which could make the best fit for the mandates set by the enterprise She holds multifaceted education streams, a master’s degree in human Resource, a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Bachelor’s in information technology together holding the pragmatic position and brought about the capability of being a Techno-Functional & Techno-Commercial capabilities to the organization, which indeed has given a different dimension to her role. Adept at bridging people, processes, and business needs, with a track record of driving efficient in HR practices and supporting business growth through strategic HR and administrative functions. In her current capacity and capability, she has shown her prolific leadership skills, and currently she is able to graciously handle the entire administration which includes strategizing the HR principles, payroll, client communication.
