- Manage daily operations of the business
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Maintaining franchisor standard and food quality and standards
- Inventory Control and Food Cost and Labour cost
- Provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
- Set staff work schedules and monitor work performance
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast and food food restaurant

- You have some restaurant experience – one year or more
- College or University Education preferred

Construction Supervisor
A GTA based Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with a diversified background in commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential development. The candidate must have team building , strong communication skills , perfect skills of reading construction drawing, scheduling and problem-solving skills required to carry out the successful completion of the project.
- Enforcing the company’s health and safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Complete daily progress reports along with site photos
- Complete daily field measurements in preparation for monthly progress billing
- Control project costs according to budgets
- Plan, schedule and supervise all aspects of the projects
- Scheduling of trades and ordering of materials to meet project timelines
- Full understanding and knowledge of the contract documents and drawings
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the clients and trade contractors
- Ability to meet project schedule timelines and manage multiple projects
- Participate and attend site meetings
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings
- Manage and document additional job costs and review with the Development Manager
- 5- years of construction industry experience; preferred in the commercial and industrial constructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong work ethics
- Attentions to details and a high level of organization skills
- Ability to catch the deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience in obtaining quotes, and scheduling and working with the trades
- Must be able to drive
